Schedule Of Fees*

The listing Fee is an up front fee payable whether the article sells or not (regardless of whether it is withdrawn or reduced in price for whatever reason.)

* All fees can be charged monthly in arrears to approved members by agreement and prior arrangement with Locksmith Trader.

*The listing fee is waived for any item listed between now and April 30th and may be invoiced as “No Listing fee Charge Before April 30 2008

Plus

Percentage of sale fee 6.75% up to a max of AU$81+GST

This is charged upon sale using the listed price fee regardless of whether this price varies in negotiation between Seller and Buyer.

Should the parties fail to agree then the article remains for sale. The fee is payable only on sale.

e.g. Item listed for AU$99 sells for any amount decided between buyer and seller then the Locksmith Trader fee would be 6.75% of AU$99= AU$6.68 +GST

Total cost in first three months AU$6.68 + listing fee waived= AU$6.68 +GST

Total cost normally AU$6.68 + listing fee AU$2.50 = AU$9.18 plus GST

This fee would reach a maximum of AU$81+GST e.g. article sells for AU$1,200 plus GST and up then AU$81 plus GST is the maximum fee.
